Cancellation Policy
At Salon 259, we value your time and the time of our stylists. To ensure we can accommodate all of our guests, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will require a 50% payment of the services reserved in order to schedule future appointments. Guests who no-show without notifying the salon will be required to pay 100% of the services reserved before booking future services. We appreciate your understanding and your respect for our team’s time, which allows us to provide the best possible experience for every guest.
